2025-12-27 21:45

On December 26, Chinese Ambassador to Vietnam He Wei was invited to brief Party and government officials at Vietnam's Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (HCMA) on the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee.

Ambassador He comprehensively introduced China's development achievements during the 14th Five-Year Plan period. He elaborated on the historical position, missions, fundamental principles, and overarching goals of Chinese modernization during the upcoming 15th Five-Year Plan period. He emphasized that as fellow travelers on the socialist path, China and Vietnam share the responsibility of pursuing national prosperity and people's happiness. China is willing to work with Vietnam to continuously strengthen the exchange and mutual learning of governance experience, deepen the understanding of the laws governing the governance of the Communist Party, the construction of socialism, and the development of human society. This will provide Eastern wisdom for countries exploring new paradigms of sustainable development.

That evening, Ambassador He held a working exchange with Nguyen Xuan Thang, Politburo member, President of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, and Chairman of the Central Theory Council. They exchanged views on carrying forward Eastern values and jointly advancing along the socialist path.
